About Chaitanya Lila

Chaitanya Lila is a psychotherapist at the Trikaya Psychology, London and also Head of UK University’s Counselling & Mental Health service. She was born into a family that were highly spiritual and philosophical. Due to having many books in her home growing up, she studied Vedic philosophy mostly since the age of 15. Her mind was always absorbed in finding answers to life’s questions. Apart from that, Chaitanya Lila also practices Bhakti Yoga and facilitates Kirtan London Mantra Lounge from time to time.

About Bhima-Karma

Bhima-Karma raised in an ashrama and schooled in India’s Vedic culture, Bhima-Karma loved playing Mridanga from a young age. By his late teens, his competency was notable and he began performing, recording and touring with Krsna Das, Shyam Das, Jai Uttal and many others. Desiring to delve deeply into the sacred musical culture and technical art of his beloved instrument, he moved to India for more than 10 years, where he studied mridanga along with related Sanskrit literature, history and traditions to gain a comprehensive understanding of its full form as a developed spiritual, mystical and musical discipline.

Our session is followed by some nice vegan treat, tea and time to catch up with like-minded friends.
